Click & Collect orders will be kept for 21 days from the day your order is placed. If an item is required to be transferred between stores, this may cause a delay to your expected Click & Collect pick up time frame. Items transferred from a surrounding store within the same state: 1-2 days for metro locations, 3-5 days for regional locations.
